Responsible for handling, processing and managing confidential data of client in a professional manner. Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
Assist with the development of new document categories and fields for storage
Provide assistance in the transportation of boxed document for storage; organize and number boxes; maintain inventory storage and retrieval in an orderly manner;
Collect, sort, prepare and scan documents; label and enter documents into the computer system;
Convert documents to various formats; assist in transferring data between systems.
Provide post-scanning quality assurance to ensure batches are complete, accurate, and of a high quality.
Maintain files of official recorded documents; file and label documents for permanent storage in the vault;
Ensure documents are archived and properly located; maintain confidentiality;
Maintain databases appropriate to the various records, reports and documents.
Adhere and comply with corporate laws and regulations.
Work on special projects, as assigned.
