Vacancy: Customer Service Executive

1. Receive all accurate information vital to effect pick-ups

2. Coordinate effectively with operations to ensure timely delivery of items

3. Document all client information

4. Key in all client's proof of deliveries (PODs) and send to the clients on timely bases

5. Accurately reconcile packages picked with Proof of Deliveries

6. Accurately address client complaints on Proof of deliveries and invoices

7. Send to clients on timely bases their bills and invoices

8. Monitor delivery of bills and invoices
