Directly reports to Group IT Manager
Duties
- Provide general IT support, deal with hardware and software enquiries
- To deliver a high-quality IT service level to end users
- First line IT support for all desktop and laptop users
- Routine server maintenance and monitoring in consultation with the Group IT team
- Work together with HR/Admin to ensure new staff are supported with all necessary IT services
- Provide one on one training when requested
- Manage the IT recycle program for the organization
- Manage and set up new hardware following IT policies and procedures
- Provide AV support and presentation projectors support to staff
- Event day support may be required from time to time
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned
Competencies
- Three (3) years’ working experience in a similar role
- Proven IT support services experience, specifically the use of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint, Outlook to support end users and ability to produce high quality documentation
- Ability to identify IT problems and resolve them
- Ability to create ‘‘how to” guides for staff
- Ability to fix basic Hardware problem
