| Qualifications | • A minimum of a first Degree required • At least 3-5 years working experience • Must have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel • Great typing skills • Excellent phone etiquette • Strong negotiation and communication skills • Exceptional organization skills • Marketing or sales background preferred • Applicant should be comfortable working in and out of the office, and comfortable with face to face contact with clients • Ability to work independently Our properties are mostly High end(luxury apartments) so we require a well-spoken, sharply dressed person who is professional, has a degree in Marketing and /or at least 3-5 years’ experience in Real Estate sales and Marketing. The position requires experience and knowledge in marketing, business development and business administration. Membership of Chartered Institute of Marketing and an MBA will be an added advantage |

| Description | This is purely sales function and incumbent would be required to lead the sales team and manage the Company’s relationship with real estate agents, managing publicity and developing and implementing the corporate marketing strategy. Reporting to the CEO, the incumbent will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the marketing department and lead the marketing efforts of the Company, including advertising, building direct corporate relationship and client relationship management.
