JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Will be responsible for planning, carrying out all sales activities, ensuring good customer satisfaction and also managing quality product and service delivery
- Maximize sales and profitability of products
- Checking on existing customers and prospecting for new customers
- Build lasting relationship with customers
- Prepare sales action plans and strategies
- Develop and maintain confidential database of old and new customers
- Plan and organise direct marketing activities
- Make sales calls to new and existing customers
- Monitor the activities of competitors, market conditions and product development
- Develop and make presentations of company products to current and potential customers
- Analyse marketing territories and develop sales proposals
- Maintain sales records and prepare sales reports
- Determine customer needs and recommend the best solutions
Qualification and Requirements
- A minimum of a Diploma
- At least 1-3 years working experience
