Vacancy: Rig Safety Officer

BASIC FUNCTION:

-        Assist and coach rig-based personnel in the implementation and understanding of the Company Management System

-        Provide a communication link between QHSE & Training organizations and the offshore workforce

-        Assist in the implementation of the company goals and objectives through liaison with QHSE Management

PREREQUISITES/QUALIFICATIONS:

-        High school diploma or equivalent. Work experience and demonstrated ability of oral and written communications in English may be substituted in lieu of formal education

-        Work experience on an offshore installation. Consideration shall be given to candidates with QHSE experience in associated industries
