Qualifications	HND in Sales, Marketing or equivalent. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Sales will be of advantage BUT not necessary.One year working experience in sales & marketing. ● Good interpersonal and communication skills. ● Ability to work effectively as a team member and with minimal supervision ● Ability to plan and organise work efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines ● Ability to multitask and achieve results. ● Proficiency in spoken and written English. Proficiency in other Ghanaian language will be of advantage (i.e. Ga, Twi, Ewe).

Description	Generating qualified leads and ‘going the extra mile’ in order procure sales. Build productive trust relationships with customers. Applying a certain level of creativity in order to have an edge with generating leads. Services existing client accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets. Adjusts content of sales presentation by studying the type of sales outlets or trade factors Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses. Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc. Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments. Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
