Description	Key Skills Required: Technical Knowledge in Refrigeration & Air conditioning, Heat load Calculation, Chillers / VRF Bill of quantities. Others Skills: Sales prospecting, customer handling, techno commercial presentation and negotiation. Desired Experience- 2 - 5 years of experience in Sales & Business Development preferably in HVAC / Air conditioning Required Skills / Role - Should have experience in Technical / Projects sales in HVAC industry preferably in VRF & Ducted systems Heat Load Calculation, Prepare Tender / techno-commercial offer, Generate sales enquiries, submit techno-commercial offer, follow up & closing the sale, advance payment collection Ability to build relations with consultants & architects to generate new business Appoint and develop new dealers & contractors Find & develop good suppliers / vendors for installation materials Market mapping and identifying new business segments / avenues. Co-ordinate with Planning / Designing team for preparation of initial drawing Working knowledge of MS office, AutoCAD & MS Project Good communication & presentation skills
