- Management of the project planning and scheduling team
- Overseeing all stages of project level planning & scheduling including time impact analysis, proposal schedules, baseline setups and updates within assigned project/region
- Setting up planning and scheduling policies as part of the project controls program
- Facilitating and chairing weekly design build coordination meetings
- Planning and facilitating internal and external monthly schedule review meetings
- Walking the site with the client and its consultants for earned value / billing justification
- Overseeing all scheduling deliverables for the project
- Leading and directing time impact analysis, claims efforts relating to contract changes & delays
- Training schedulers and project teams in project planning and scheduling policies
- Ensuring compliance with project planning and scheduling policies
- Seeking innovation to improve processes
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge and experience in project management tools
- Leadership experience in scheduling policy and process set up
- Strong leadership, unauthoritative influence, organizational and time management skills
- Expert level communication and presentation skills
- Strong MS Excel and skills
- Strong decision making/problem solving skills
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
- Ability to develop or maintain relationships with clients
- Relies on process, data and experience to plan and accomplish goals
