Vacancy: Loan Officers

Position Summary

The Loan Officer will be actively engaged in sales and marketing of the company's products and will be required to build, manage and sustain a portfolio of clients developing long term relationships founded on efficient and reliable delivery of innovative and excellent client service

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement plan for acquiring clients



• Build relationships with clients and ensure that such relationships are sustained through efficient and reliable delivery of total banking services and support for their business



• Identify and provide solutions to customer complaints in consultation with appropriate managers, departments or staff to sustain general service quality



• Mobilize deposits



• Identify and manage risk to ensure a quality loan portfolio

Qualification and Requirements

Education And Work Experience

• 1st Degree minimum of 2nd class lower



• 2 years experience in Sales and Marketing in a Financial Institution
