Our client a full-service distributor of various products internationally and locally is looking for a dynamic individual for the position of a Branch Manager to help with their operations in Ghana.



Role Profile



The Successful candidate will be responsible for managing all operational aspect of the region including sales, inventory, collections and business development. The candidate will also be responsible for aggressively driving growth and increasing revenue.



 Duties/ Responsibilities





  • Overseeing the sales and operations of the branch on daily, weekly and monthly basis


  • Manage a multi-channel team comprising (including van sales, wholesale reps and modern trade reps)


  • Provide weekly and monthly report to head office


  • Responsible for business development


  • Responsible for customer relationship management


  • Responsible for channel development in the region


  • Recruiting and training new and old employees


  • Accurate and timely reports on market trends, competitor activity, price changes, and promotional support


  • Review all sales and distribution reports in the region for accuracy and in order to ensure that they conform with company requirements, policies and standards


  • Advice and counsel key Customers on all sales and distribution related issues and requirements to fulfil the business goals in the region


  • Manage the sales and distribution of the company’s range of products in the region


  • Develop a sales tracking & analysis process to track sales growth, product sales etc.


  • Ensuring the efficient collection target in the region in accordance with business policy


  • Ensuring inventory tracking for a proper inventory management
