Description




  • Deal with Client’s customers via telephone, internet, email and instant messaging eg. whatsapp etc.


  • Obtain Bio data of Client’s customers by answering telephone calls, interviewing clients, verifying information and entering into call center database


  • Sell Client’s products and services to new customers and recognize opportunities to sell


  • Follow up on initial contacts


  • Resolve problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions, implementing solutions, escalating unresolved problems.


  • Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standard and guidelines, recommending improved procedures


  • Maintain call center database by entering relevant information


  • Keep equipment operational by following established procedures, reporting malfunctions.
