- Deal with Client’s customers via telephone, internet, email and instant messaging eg. whatsapp etc.
- Obtain Bio data of Client’s customers by answering telephone calls, interviewing clients, verifying information and entering into call center database
- Sell Client’s products and services to new customers and recognize opportunities to sell
- Follow up on initial contacts
- Resolve problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions, implementing solutions, escalating unresolved problems.
- Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standard and guidelines, recommending improved procedures
- Maintain call center database by entering relevant information
- Keep equipment operational by following established procedures, reporting malfunctions.
