Vacancy: Project Site Engineer (HVAC / Air Conditioning Project)

Desired Candidate Profile for Project Site Engineer

Education-

B. Tech. / BE / Diploma – Mechanical / Refrigeration & Air conditioning

Experience-

1 - 3 years of experience in HVAC / Air conditioning project planning & execution

Required Skills / Role -

• Conversant with HVAC projects execution with knowledge of / expertise in VRF systems & duct design.



• Conception of project execution plan, conduct study of drawings, schedules and reworking based on site conditions



• Co-ordination with Client / consultant / architect / contractor for installation activities at site



• Deploy review systems to monitor timely completion of project as per agreed schedule



• Co-ordination with suppliers / vendors for timely delivery of low side materials



• Attend routine site meetings with client / consultant / architect / contractor



• Submission of running bills as per payment terms / progress of work and payment collection



• Close out activities for the Project viz. handing over of works, records, test reports, material reconciliation, operation & maintenance manuals etc.



• Working knowledge of MS office, AutoCAD & MS Project



• Good communication & interpersonal skills
