| Description |
- Document all inventory of finished products, packaging materials, process chemicals and other consumables.
- Reception of finished products from production and the management of wams in relations to top up adjustment,Quality Assurrance status,rework products and reconciliation of products sent to Finished product warehouse by production and in wams.
- Organization of end of month inventory, submitting of report to account and management of inventory documents.
- Keep stock records on finished products, packaging materials and process chemicals.
- Ensure proper storage condition in the finished product warehouse
- Ensure proper housekeeping in the finished product warehouse.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Undertake regular audits of reports on stocks of consumables and finished products.
Ensure the safety, food safety, equipment safety, fire protection, security rules and takes all necessary actions to maintain a safe, food safe, secured environment.
