Description | Responsibilities: • Provide leadership and direction to all Finance & Accounts staff to ensure efficient use of human resource in a knowledge intensive industry; • Planning, directing and controlling financial functions for the Company; • Formulate financial policies and ensure adherence of same; • Manage the financial accounting and reporting systems; • Provide and interpret financial information and advise Management for decision making; • Efficient management of working capital; • Monitor and interpret cash flows and predict future cash flow trends; • Oversee the treasury management function, including effectively identifying, managing and controlling related risks, whilst ensuring that returns are maximized; • Assist in formulating strategic business plans and oversee the development of annual financial plans, budgets and targets for the Company; • Develop external relationships with appropriate entities such as the Insurance Regulator, External Auditors, Banks and Tax Authorities to ensure compliance with regulations and legislation. |
