Description | This is a Senior IT role and responsible for entire Bank’s Service Delivery Management, establishing and then driving the Bank’s technological vision while leading all aspects of the Bank’s technology development. Leads the Service Delivery Team and plays an integral role in the Bank’s strategic direction, development and growth agenda. The IT Service Delivery Manager oversees a number of key functions within the IT department that enable the delivery of a high-quality service to end users, and to ensure Service Support and Service Delivery processes are in place to meet business needs.
