Vacancy: Managing Director at BAUER Group

As a future Managing Director of BAUER Engineering Ghana Ltd. you have a technical studies background and profound management experience in the special foundation business. You enjoy developing the business of a construction company and you have good skills in all typical fields of specialist foundation business such as tendering, contract and project management as well as a fundamental understanding of the commercial aspects and management systems. You are looking to take over the responsibility for successfully determining the future of our specialist foundation company in Ghana. For this positions excellent communication skills in spoken and written English as well as a high level of flexibility are essential. Being fluent in French would be a plus. You have high leadership qualities, are skilled in dealing with people and enjoy working in a team with and in the African culture and have a good understanding of a global group with a German head office.
