Vacancy: Operations Coordinator

1. Assign pick ups and ensure packages are picked in time

2. Receive mails from pick up riders, supervise processing of mails and dispatch mails accordingly

3. Respond to all regional actions and ensure the efficient operations of all branches and outstations

4. Play an active role in the set up of new stations outside Accra and periodically visit branches and outstations to monitor activities and undertake operational intelligence

5. Assess the financial needs of all outstations

6. Must have good knowledge of the city of Accra

7. Ability to ride a motor cycle and/or drive is an added advantage
