1. PURPOSE (the major objective of the position)
To hunt for new businesses and build strong business relationship with assigned existing customers; and to sell advertising and branding services and related products to potential customers. The ideal candidate should be creative, ambitious and have vision to drive the company forward.
2. DUTIES (the specific task expected of the job holder)
- Responsible for ensuring that the agency is meeting the client’s needs and working with all the key functions that go into creating the agency’s advertising output.
- Creating a portfolio of client accounts and monitoring the ongoing activities related to them.
- Leads the agency’s ideas presentation, ensuring the ideas remain faithful to the brief and that it is kept within the time frame and budget.
- Conducting meetings with the clients as well as informing them about the current work status of their projects.
- Managing, reviewing progress and delivering the client’s advertisement projects.

- Establishing relationships with new clients and maintaining and nurturing business relationships with existing clients.
- Managing and monitoring work performance of the team and keeping the team and the clients up to date with useful knowledge.
- Responsible for managing the client relationship through effective communication, problem-solving, and responding to requests.
- Must be open to undertake other responsibilities on the job from time to time.
- Prepare pitches, proposals and campaign strategy documents
Education
- Minimum a first Degree in Business Administration ( Marketing or Related Field)
- An MBA in Business Administration is an advantage
Experience
- At least three to five years working experience in advertising client service management or related field
- Good customer service orientation
Requirement
- Established presence in the field of advertising and client management
- Must have a proven track record in business development and client service management
- Must have excellent communications and presentation skills
- Proven ability to work autonomously and maintain solid working relationship with clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- A valid driving license (will be an added advantage but not mandatory)
