BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
- Manages sales activities in the territory in order to achieve sales growth objectives outlined for the territory
- Implements in the territory, the validated commercial policy
- Implements and coordinates commercial action plans which aim to develop and protect market shares
- Ensures profitability of all welding and other activities in the different market segments in the territory
- Ensures the monitoring and coordination of all welding activities in the territory, organizes and enhances the sales network, assesses and strengthens sales force performance.
- Guarantees customer satisfaction and develops activities to enhance loyalty.
- Responsible for customer overdraft in the territory, and thus undertakes the necessary actions for the effective recovery of trade debts in coordination with the credit manager.
- Responsible for the territory and represents general management.
