Vacancy: Senior Accountant Needed Urgently For A 3 Star Hotel

• Ensure all entries are captured on a daily basis



• Review the profit and loss accounts for correctness



• Meet tight deadlines – produce and prove monthly accounts within five (5) calendar days.



• Reconcile all bank accounts on monthly basis



• Check and approve all journal entries



• Review and Control accounts receivable entries



• Analyzing P&L balance



• Preparing annual and midyear schedules for the auditors



• Prepare month end reporting packs



• Manage day to day running of accounts office



• Provide training and assistance to all junior accounting staff.



• Review daily workload of all accounts team members using checklist as guidance.



• Calculate management and other related fees as per contract



• Prepare payroll for the review by Financial Controller.



• Perform payroll reconciliation.

Assist with other accounts duties (revenue auditing).

Potential Candidate should have worked in as a similar position in a 2/3 Star Hotel
