Main Responsibilities / Job Summary

  • Achieve Sales Targets set for month /quarter/year


  • Achieve Collection target set for the week/month


  • Ensure product availability at all relevant outlets in the operational channel as per Company guideline


  • Achieve merchandising and display of company products according to company guidelines and standards


  • Implement and monitor promotions and produce reports as required


  • Ensure clear insight of competition activities, and report to line manager


  • Ensure continuous development of the assigned area and addition of new outlets, for continuous numeric expansion


  • Ensure use of POP materials efficiently according to company guidelines and standards

Custodian of FMCL business in the assigned territory





  • Ensure product availability at all relevant outlets in the channel


  • Responsible for achieving monthly/ yearly sales & collection targets


  • Maintain and enhance trade relations


  • Responsible for distribution set up and secondary sales force set up


  • Implement all activations (Trade / Consumer) & merchandising (Visibility) programs.


  • Facilitate timely and quality feedback for all activities as per guidelines


  • Overall accountable for all operational programs in the assigned area.


  • Responsible for complete debt management in the assigned territory
