The Marketplace Operations Managers will be part of the pioneer marketing team in a new marketplace and will witness and contribute to the exciting growth of company, in making safe transportation and delivery services more accessible to all. This person will provide analytical, organizational, and client engagement support through various aspects of the operations to drive key strategic initiatives to improve sales effectiveness and efficiency across multiple channel.
Main Responsibilities
- This critical role will interact daily with the executives around the globe and manage monthly operational meetings.
- Will scale new and existing processes to allow the business to efficiently operate and grow
- Will help increase the number of courier partners and help them in providing the most reliable food delivery service and transportation service within the operational country/cities
- You will work with restaurant and transportation partners to launch and refine the fulfillment process
- Analyze the performance of the organization throughout the sales process to identify areas of concern and best practices.
- Identify, measure, and communication marketplace trends, issues and opportunities.
- Develop key metrics and insights to be communicated across the sales organization and to leadership that provide insights into the sales process and effectiveness and drive short and long term decision making.
- Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
- Maintains customer response operations by establishing work schedules; assigning employees; providing back-up.
- Maintains work process flows by coordinating information and requirements with related operational departments. participating with and providing resources to business improvement teams.
- Keeps management informed by preparing reports. making presentations. interpreting information. making recommendations.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops. reviewing professional publications. establishing personal networks. benchmarking state of the art practices. participating in professional societies.
Qualifications:
- At least 3+ years as Marketplace Operations Managers
- Supervision, Market Knowledge, Subordinate Involvement, Planning, Quality Focus, Resolving Conflict, Customer Service, Managing Processes, Presentation Skills, Technical Understanding, Financial Planning and Strategy
