Vacancy: Restaurant Manager

JOB PURPOSE:

A Restaurant:

The successful applicant shall be responsible for daily operations in the restaurant. He/ She shall maintain high level customer service and satisfaction.

ROLE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT:

·  Supervise operation of restaurant.

·   Effectively delegate jobs and responsibilities to restaurant staff.

·  Monitor purchasing of supplies and perform frequent checks to ensure consistent high quality of preparation and service. 

·   Work with management personnel to plan and organise restaurant events.

·   Organise and oversee regular training of all restaurant staff.

·   Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
