Required Skills / Role - § Should have experience in Technical / Projects sales in HVAC industry preferably in VRF & Ducted systems § Heat Load Calculation, Prepare Tender / techno-commercial offer, § Generate sales enquiries, submit techno-commercial offer, follow up & closing the sale, advance payment collection § Ability to build relations with consultants & architects to generate new business § Appoint and develop new dealers & contractors § Find & develop good suppliers / vendors for installation materials § Market mapping and identifying new business segments / avenues. § Co-ordinate with Planning / Designing team for preparation of initial drawing § Working knowledge of MS office, AutoCAD & MS Project
