KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be responsible for the overall management and operations
- Monitor the roll out and compliance with brand identity and strategy in keeping with the organisation's primary audiences, brand values, personality, value proposition, brand positioning and brand promise.
- Monitor the financial performance of Clinic including but not limited to production numbers, revenue breakdown and cost breakdown.
- Support in the development of human resources of Clinic to optimize staff performance, retention of staff and compliance with non-clinical service standards as defined in the Brand Manual and Operation Manual.
- Be responsible for actively monitoring and using client responses and feedback as input for continuous improvement
- Implement corporate and departmental strategy, goals, objectives, policies and procedures by conferring senior management and staff members as necessary.
Give direction and leadership toward the achievement of the organization's philosophy, mission, strategy, and its annual goals and objectives
- Supports operations and administration of Board by advising and informing Board members, interfacing between Board and staff
- Maintain relationships between shareholders, Business Partners, 3rd Party contractors and Clients
- Community and Public Relations -- Ensures the organisation's mission, products and services are consistently presented in a strong, positive image to relevant stakeholders
- Be responsible for marketing of the Clinic brand with the view to drive network expansion and expansion of clientele base
- Be prepared to take on additional futuristic roles such as managing appointments, ambulance services and insurance products designed for the organisation's brand.
- Accomplishes subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections.
- Coordinates efforts by establishing procurement, production, marketing, field, and technical services policies and practices; coordinating actions with corporate staff.
- Builds company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Ensure Legal and Regulatory compliance and good governance.
- Establish, monitor and develop performance objectives for all departments in the company, with emphasis on results and business acumen.
- Other special duties as may be determined by CEO
Qualifications & Requirements
- Senior management level experience in managing a commercial franchise for a minimum of 2 years
- Relevant Master’s degree in Business Management or an equivalent, preferably complemented with education in project management, human resource management and business administration.
- Five years of relevant experience especially in the hospital administration/Health delivery in Ghana will be an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft office tools
