| Description | General – Assists the Country Head and Region Finance management as a business partner in managing the Sandoz Ghana business – Organizes the planning, control and deviation analysis process – Actively manages the process to achieve the financial targets (Sales, Operating Income, other relevant KPIs) by creating timely and transparent reporting with no surprises, assessing risks and opportunities, pro-actively initiating top-line and bottom-line protection plans and monitoring their timely implementation. – Ensure the integrity, viability, and interoperability of Country financial reporting processes and systems, including tax, corporate-control, payment and purchasing data – Manage the Country internal financial controls, ensuring appropriate compliance and usage by performing regular compliance tests and audits – Provide timely statutory and Country reporting information to internal and external stakeholders, including Finance Europe officers |
