Description | Maintain an accurate Cash Book Monthly Bank reconciliation under the supervision of the Group Accountant Daily Cash balance – excel template will be created by the Group Accountants and used going forward. Keep a file of credit card record of GM and Chief Finance Officer and report on monthly activities on such card Write Checks and ensure, a reconciliation is done to avoid overdrawing on any accounts – No exceptions Ensure monthly household bills are paid on time, proactively follow through to get such bills and execute payments. Maintain Bank relationships and ensuring issues a dealt with in a timely fashion Prepare cheques and cash requisition and obtain the necessary approvals Verifying invoices and doing due diligence Seeking approval for spending and following through to ensure checks are written and signed |
