Qualifications  Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance or Economics required  Minimum of 3 years’ experience in reporting, consolidation and financial analysis.  Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel & Access)  Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects  Excellent Communication skills  Must be detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills  Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment  Strategic thinking  Great presentation skills  Ability to influence and persuade  Excellent time management and organizational ability

Allows for Planning, Monitoring & Controlling our business

Provides Specific Data for Planning and Budgeting

Auditing petty cash and ensuring there is appropriate approvals and all vouchers are properly authorized and signed

Filing a monthly statement on pay roll about changes, authorizations, additions and subtractions as may be needed.

Filing all statutory requirements such as GRA, tier 2, SSNIT are by the 5th of every month or within the allowable deadline

Compare monthly actual with budget or forecast and report on significant variance for management action

Work with the Head of finance to put together a five year Financial

Do Financial Analytics for all subsidiaries including return on investment Analysis, buy or lease analysis, etc

Maintain a budget for office fleet and provide effective tracking and monitoring and report same on monthly basis

Help the Accountant as may be directed by the Head of finance

Focus on quarterly review of actual and providing road maps

Create a valuation model that we can use to value our strategic business units and also value other businesses that we could potentially acquire

Create and Maintain a profitability Analysis of business ventures

Create a robust valuation of our company that can be used to source for funds

Do a project start up Analysis to serve as a guide for management

Put together the financial requirement for SL start up, collaborate with operations manager to put together a start plan in SL

Perform other adhoc financial Analysis as may be required
