Description


Understands well the geography of the country and the universe census.


2. Determines numbers of van sales representatives needed with the help of the sales manager.


5. Manages a maximum of 8 Van sales representatives.


6. Establishes an inflexible journey plan for his sales representatives.


7. Guarantees that the total country is covered


8. Ensures that every covered store has a bar code in his outlet and ensures that the bar code is


placed with his authorization.


9. Ensures that distribution of must skus brands and SKUs is achieved in the covered stores.


10. Analyzes work performanc e of hand held terminals through the hand held management reports.


11. Trains sales reps on basic selling skills, steps of the call, communication skills, handling objective


through one-on-one training or training session.


12. Monitors each Van sales rep activities on a progress report that summarizes the coverage, the


distribution, number of calls per day, the strike rate and the sales achieved.


13. Works with van sales reps on their trucks at least 4 times a week based on a preplanned agenda.


14. Coordinates with the logistics department on the Preparation of a preventive maintenance


schedule and ensures it is well followed.


15. Ensures that van sales reps keep their car clean at all times


16. Ensures that sales are strictly done on cash ,


17. S uggests to have high sales customers on vans moved to the pre-sell department


18. Defends and protects company policy at all times.


19. Ensures a swift loading of van sales reps in a way that gets the latter to leave the warehouse


early in line with company policy


20. Approves stock loading requests made by van sales reps according the must sku list


21. S et a kind of planogram inside the van to ensure that the vans of the sales representatives are


continuously tidy and organized.


22. F ills out his scorecard on a monthly basis. Thoroughly studies the Route Track reports on a


monthly basis.


23. Ensures that van sales reps fill out a correct daily report


24. Keeps a well organized fact book.


25. Submits a monthly scorecard.


26. Submits his monthly calendar to the sales manager
