Duties
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures and processesas deemed appropriate by the Board and/or Company Management
- Participate in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives.
- Participate in developing new business, specifically; assist the CEO and COO in identifying new funding opportunities, the drafting of prospective budgets, and determining cost effectiveness of prospective venture.
- Coordinate, produce and manage annual budgets and funding programmes of the company.
- Develop financial KPIs that will be applied in the Company's strategic direction.
- Develop financial and tax strategies
Experience
- Master's Degree in Finance with 5 years experience as Head of Finance in a reputable organization or a degree with a minimum of 10years as Head of Finance.
Skill
- Knowledge of the companies code of 1963, IFRS standard and Treasury Management
- Straategic thinking skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational leadership skill
Qualification
- A professional Accounting Certification in ACCA or ICA
