Business Development Manager (BDM)



Top-notch Recruitment is actively seeking well-presented BDMs with a natural flair for delivering persuasive presentations to corporate prospects with a goal of generating leads and building market position.You will be joining an extremely driven team, and will be at the front line of the future growth of the product.



 



Responsibilities





  • Research industry and build a pipeline of prospective corporate clients for the product.


  • Communicate business proposition in a compelling manner to prospective clients         


  • Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and sign up a target list of corporate clients to meet sales goals


  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.


  • Assign territories to Sales Reps and monitor weekly activities to report to management


  • Screen potential business deals submitted by Sales Reps


  • Participate in professional organizations and engage in networking opportunities





 



Qualifications





  • Bachelor's in business, marketing, economics or related field. Masters degree is a plus


  • Minimum 5 years’ progressive experience in sales and marketing 


  • Demonstrable track record of generating significant revenue 


  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with corporate executives 


  • Experience using computers, internet, social media
