We are looking for an experienced, high-performing and results-oriented Payroll Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. The role holder is required to set and execute strategic Go-to-Market and detailed business plans to achieve growth in public sector loan portfolio by driving sales volumes, revenue, market share and profitability. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the senior management. You will own and manage the entire operations of the payroll loans distribution channel.
