Responsibilities
- Build good working relationships
- Understand the needs of your business clients
- Research the market and related products
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients in person and via telephone calls and emails
- Cold call to arrange meetings with potential clients to prospect for new business
- Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries
- Act as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets
- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
- Gather market and customer information
- Present the service favourably and in a structured professional way face-to-face.
- Any other role that might be assigned
Qualification & Skills
- 2 – 3 years experience in a marketing role preferably with a company in the service industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to think strategically and to lead
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Multi-tasking skills
- Customer service orientation with the ability and desire to sell
- A positive, confident and determined approach
- Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection
- A high degree of self-motivation and ambition
- Ability to drive and having a drivers licence is a plus.
