The Project Manager will be responsible for overall management and coordination for the Making Ghanaian Girls Great! team in the mobilisation and delivery of the project’s results. They will provide the day-to-day leadership of the team and will report to the Country Director. The Project Manager will be responsible for driving the project’s overall vision of ensuring that all existing beneficiaries successfully complete primary, transition into secondary school, and are nurtured with life-skills and enough self-confidence to pursue fulfilled and economically productive lives, as well as improving learning outcomes for all students in the project.
