Main Responsibilities / Job Summary
- Achieve Sales Targets set for month /quarter/year
- Achieve Collection target set for the week/month
- Ensure product availability at all relevant outlets in the operational channel as per Company guideline
- Achieve merchandising and display of company products according to company guidelines and standards
- Implement and monitor promotions and produce reports as required
- Ensure clear insight of competition activities, and report to line manager
- Ensure continuous development of the assigned area and addition of new outlets, for continuous numeric expansion
- Ensure use of POP materials efficiently according to company guidelines and standards
Main Purpose of Job
Custodian of FMCL business in the assigned territory
- Ensure product availability at all relevant outlets in the channel
- Responsible for achieving monthly/ yearly sales & collection targets
- Maintain and enhance trade relations
- Responsible for distribution set up and secondary sales force set up
- Implement all activations (Trade / Consumer) & merchandising (Visibility) programs.
- Facilitate timely and quality feedback for all activities as per guidelines
- Overall accountable for all operational programs in the assigned area.
- Responsible for complete debt management in the assigned territory
