Purpose of the job


The role of the job is to deliver the programs of the Sales capability function that drives sales competencies to internal and third-party sales teams in the company organization. The Regional Sales Capability Manager will be working under the close direction of the Sales Capability Manager in the Capability development of the sales team, in the assigned region, the Regional Sales Capability Manger will Coordinate with the Sales Capability manager to define Sales Training needs as well as develop yearly training plan.  


 Key Responsibilities





  • Deliver Global Sales skills trainings to the Sales Representatives and External Suppliers in the assigned region.


  • Define and recommend training requirements assessing sales Executives; evaluating training effectiveness.  


  • Providing in field coaching to develop the Functional Competency of the Field Sales force.


  • Assist the Sales Capability Manager to deploy global processes to improve sales competency and value selling capability of back office support teams, field sales forces, distribution sales staff, trade partners and customers.


  • Execute specific tasks and activities towards the implementation of competency development including certification for field force and retail assistants.


  • Helps the sales capability manager to define and monitor sales performance metrics to drive clear and measurable improvements in program performance and efficiency.


  • Assist the Sales Capability Manager by completing specific tasks designed to ensure that internal and external sales teams are trained on new product launches as per global guidelines and local needs.


  • Assist the sales capability manager to develop training budgets including participant hosting, trainer costs, and training delivery.


  • Execute field work and regularly audit the regional sales departments to ensure the perfect execution and implementation of post-classroom training in the market.


  • Any other responsibilities as assigned by management.
