Job description:



Create and articulate a Capability Roadmap for the organization, in-line with the organization's strategic priorities. 





- Work with the Sales Development Head towards creation and execution of the Sales Capability blueprint towards building a future ready sales organization. 


- Identify emerging trends in the Ecosystem in capability enhancement. 


- Owner of the Complete cycle of capability building: 


a. Identifying Functional Sales Capability competencies for the field-force across levels (from ASM to Distributor Sales Representative) 


b. Creation of cutting-edge training content to meet the Competency gaps 


c. Roll-out of the training programs to all relevant user groups as per stated timelines 


d. Measuring effectiveness of the training content dissemination with linkages to overall business 


e. Relevant feedback into subsequent capability initiatives 


- Design and operationalize the sales force incentive system. 


- Process owner of the Online Learning platform &the Online Incentive platform. 


- Partnering with external partners - Content creation, developing and printing tools, 


Reporting relationship: 


- Reports to the VP- Sales Development (National Sales Development Manager) 


- MBA  


- Experience of around 5-6 years in FMCG sector.
