Responsibilities will include:
• Produce modules of the Company Commercial model with the Sales Director and the Sales & Marketing teams such as:
- Market Understanding
- RTM Assessment
- Distributor Management
- Segmentation
- Census
- KPI’s
- Picture of Success
- Tracking & Measurement
- Incentives
• Train internal teams and Distributor Sales & Trade Marketing teams to the Company Commercial model to be implemented per market.
• Establish in Market tracking system and monitor implementation.
• Follow up and support in-store marketing models in each market.
• Support implementation of new sales material and train local teams.
Requirements
• Minimum 4 years Sales experience with a FMCG MNC.
• Minimum 2 years Trade Marketing experience with a FMCG MNC.
• Experience of the On Trade Channel
• Experience of working in a well-structured multi-national company with advanced commercial processes is essential.
• Be self-motivated, focused and persistent.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and sense of ownership.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Proactive with a can-do attitude.
• Organised and Confident.
