Vacancy: Senior Machine Operator

Job Location is Saudi Arabia

1. Coordinate the servicing of production or packing machines and inform the Team Manager on any

machine problem

2. Carry out operational activities according to the relevant standard operating procedures

3. Operate production or packing machines ensuring all parameters are within the set point, and report to

Team Manager for any deviations.

4. Carry out turnover of shift to the next SMO highlighting the critical issues and changes made.

5. Coordinate with production or packing machines laboratory personnel regarding product quality and

non conformance for immediate corrective action.

6. Ensure GMP policy, hygiene, housekeeping and safe working practices are followed.

7. Carry out pre-operational checks of production or packing machines as per set standard operating

procedures.

8. Adhere to all instructions given by the Team Manager to achieve area shift objectives.

9. Perform daily machine cleaning, greasing, and carry out the operational checks of the machine as

required.

10. Coordinate with the maintenance for any machine issues and report immediately to Team Manager

Operate Filling, Packing, Crating, Palletizing, Blow Moulding, Injection, Bagging, Granulating machines

and other ancillary equipment.
