Description | Job Purpose Responsible for reviewing company’s cost structure and pricing policies and providing clients with job quotes. Responsibilities/ Duties Procurement/ Receipts • Provide cost inputs for use by management for the purpose of planning , organizing and scheduling work • Analyze documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates. • Communicate with other departments and management to ensure that all department goals and responsibilities are completed efficiently, accurately on time. • Conduct initial price negotiations, set-up potential stocking programs and assist the volume discount • Liaise with sales, vendors, personnel in other departments to discuss estimates and resolve issues • Maintain estimating standards and procedures • Perform job analysis Academic Qualifications • A minimum of a degree in a business-related field Work experience and Skills • A minimum of two years Printing industry experience • Proficient in use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, as well as web browsers • Good analytical and conceptual skills • Proven problem-solving and decision making skill • Good written and verbal communication skills • Ability to multi-task |
