- Answer calls, take and relay messages - Provide information to callers - Greet people and direct them to the right person - Deal with queries of employees and customers - Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness - Provide general administrative and clerical support - Prepare correspondence and documents, when needed for admin support - Receive and sort mail and courier - Schedule appointments for HOD’s when needed - Maintain appointment diary - Manage booking of conference, boardroom and meeting rooms - Co-ordinate meetings and organize catering as and when required - Monitor and maintain office equipment - Control inventory relevant to reception area If interested, kindly respond back with your updated CV in the word format and your image affixed in it. |
