2. DUTIES (the specific task expected of the job holder)
- Responsible for management of all projects regarding scope, communication, schedule and budget.
- Develop service procedures, policies and standards
- Set and manage all creative project timelines.
- Scope out and monitor creative project budgets.
- Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service, productivity and profitability
- Receive creative briefs & review goals of a project with creative group and partner departments.
- Successfully negotiate and resolve creative, scheduling and budgetary conflicts.
- Track and process all production contracts and payment of invoices.
- Review all briefs before routing to creative team to confirm all information is included and accurate; ensure that any changes in direction are updated in the creative brief.
- Attend and participate at shoots.
Education
- Minimum a first Degree in Business Administration
- An MBA in Project Management is an advantage
Experience
- At least three to five years working experience in advertising project management
- Good process maker
Requirement
- Established presence in the field of advertising and project management
- Knowledge of project management processes, workflow and terminology
- Must have excellent communications and presentation skills
- Expert organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage a large number of tasks concurrently.
