Description	Technical Proficiencies required: • HTML and CSS (HTML 5 and CSS 3 a plus) • Creating and consuming web services (SOAP/WSDL, REST, Web API), WCF, XML/XSL/XSD, X/HTML • MVC 5 and ASP.NET Core Frameworks. C#, ASP.NET, Visual Studio, AJAX, JSON, JavaScript and jQuery libraries, SQL (TSQL preferred but not required). • Version Control systems: Git and Microsoft Visual Studio Team Services (former Team Foundation Server), Continuous Integration & Build Server. • PHP • Adhering to usability, design and development standards as well as all aspects of unit testing, performance testing, debugging and user acceptance testing • MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required
