Vacancy: Business Development Executives (Insurance)

A reputable Life Insurance company with unique market products in the Ghanaian market is looking for serious minded individuals who are passionate about turning their lives around by setting up their own business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Motivate and encourange all sales representatives to maximize the potential of the company through selling and canvassing thr company's products to the target Market.



• Manage the recruitment and retention of sales representatives.



• Ensure that there is a minimum of 5 direct sales representatives within the team at any given time.



• Supervise work related attitutes , habit and conduct of sales representatives and ensure it is in line with required standards.

SPECIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENT

• A degree in Marketing or related field



• Must have a minimum of 5 years plus relevant progressive experience



• Life insurance industry experience is required



• Strong passion for sales



• Strong commercial ability linked to knowledge of commercial process and models.



• A keen understanding of computer dynamics.
