Applications are invited from suitably qualified young female applicants for the position of a PERSONAL ASSISTANT to the Head of the organisation.



QUALIFICATION



The applicant must have the following education and experience:-





  • A good Higher National Diploma or First Degree from a recognised educational institution.


  • Minimum of three (3) years post qualification experience with at least two (2) years as a personal assistant.





SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES



The following skills and attributes are also required of the applicant:-





  • Superb organisational ability


  • Outstanding problem solving skills and attention to details.


  • Good computer literacy including word, excel, power point and other presentation software.


  • Good typing skills and high proficiency in the English language.


  • Excellent interpersonal skills, pro-active, self-motivated and a team player.


  • Experience in a law firm may be an added advantage.





KEY RESPONSIBILITIES





  • Manage and coordinate the daily activities of the CEO including scheduling internal and external meetings and appointments.


  • Managing the CEO’s schedule and resolving diary clashes.


  • Communicating directly to clients on behalf of the CEO


  • Screening and prioritising incoming calls, emails correspondence and taking appropriate action.


  • Maintaining an accurate filing system.


  • Organising and preparing travel itineraries as per directions.


  • Composing correspondence, reports and presentations.


  • Any other related assignment that may be given from time to time.





REMUNERATION:Very attractive



AGE LIMIT:Not more than 30 years.
