- Grow the Sales of the Facilities Management services and nurture leads through the Sales process through the execution of a documented and intelligent call plan.
- Organize and plan daily work schedule to build on existing or potential leads.
- Ensure that the marketing activity supports the Sales effort and make recommendations to improve as necessary.
- Gather current marketplace information on newly introduced and prevailing products and pricing models in order to monitor competition.
- Maintain accurate and documented historical records on customer inquiries and sales.
- Evangelize about Facilities Management’s mission and successes.
- Set and monitor new business/commercial targets.
- Formulate Sales & Marketing projects.
- Plan and prioritize Sales schedule on weekly or monthly basis.
- Receive and provide information to colleagues of the department to ensure smooth running of the operations of the department.
