Objective of Position **
Assist the Manager to market and promote the company’s products, services or ideas with the overall aim of meeting set targets.
Take responsibility for specific assignments as agreed with your supervisor.
To provide regular information where necessary to assist with the compilation of reports for company.
Ensure that all printed promotional material is distributed effectively to existing and potential clients.
To ensure a 100% client retention through excellent marketing strategies.
Key Duties and Tasks
Assist the Manager to promote and raise the awareness/ popularity of products and services of the company
Under the guidance of the Manager, Identify new business opportunities and threats to the company.
Communicate new innovations to the supervisor and how they can be used to leverage marketing efforts.
Focus on both business growth and client retention.
Use email and other electronic marketing techniques to inform customers of new products and generate sales.
Perform market research to assess viability of potential new products and to measure success of recent campaigns.
Develop and implement business strategies to grow the business and achieve performance targets.
Generate leads for products and services.
Attend to customers’ queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum of One (1) year post qualification experience in a relevant position
Familiarity with Microsoft Office software (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of office administration and book keeping procedures
Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality concerning our clients
